This course is designed to teach students effective techniques for cleaning kitchen exhaust systems in the real world and to prepare them for the Fireman, LLC Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist exam. Particular emphasis is placed on the NFPA 96 Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations 98 & 2001 Edition to ensure that students understand fire prevention regulations as they pertain to Kitchen Exhaust Systems.

In addition the course covers environmental issues that impact the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning industry. Whether you are a new operator just starting out, a small company with specialized training needs, or a large company that wants their people to have the best possible training, this course is tailored to meet your needs.
