Hands on Training
We have five different hood configuration with working fire systems and simulated appliances, up blast and squirrel cage fans.
- Learn about chemicals and application using various methods from spray to foam
- Wrapping hoods properly for the collection of wastewater
- Grease removal techniques
- Rooftop preparation
- Cleaning entire system
- Removing and cleaning filters
- Pressure washing equipment
4 Hours
Included with a one day class: Homework for test
- Hood Cleaning manual (PDF)
- 2 hour cleaning video on DVD

A practice test is taken online using the homework materails above and the classroom training.
