Hands on Training

We have five different hood configuration with working fire systems and simulated appliances, up blast and squirrel cage fans.

• Learn about chemicals and application using various methods from spray to foam
• Wrapping hoods properly for the collection of wastewater
• Grease removal techniques
• Rooftop preparation
• Cleaning entire system
• Removing and cleaning filters
• Pressure washing equipment

4 Hours

Included with a one day class: Homework for test

• 200+ page manual
• 2 hour cleaning video on DVD

Test is taken online within 30 days of your course using the homework materails above and the classroom training.

A certificate will be issued by the CNHCA upon course completion. The first year's dues are included in the cost of your training.
